Position Requirements：
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a strong foundation in law and a solid educational background
- Possess a lawyer's license with no history of professional misconduct
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in work style, with integrity in professional conduct, strong teamwork and communication skills, and able to handle high work pressure
- Honest and broad-minded, with acknowledgment and alignment with the law firm’s culture and values
Job Responsibilities：
- Strong professional capabilities, able to independently negotiate cases, handle legal matters, and represent in court
- Responsible for managing and handling cases provided by the law firm
- Complete other tasks arranged by the law firm according to operational requirements
Benefits and Compensation：
- The law firm provides abundant case sources. Commission-based lawyers will be assigned cases according to their specialized fields. The office environment is first-rate with no management fees required.
- The firm provides monthly case sources, with negotiable commission ratios based on performance.
- Higher commission ratios for personal case sources
