Recently, Xiaoli Hong, Managing Partner of Shanghai Sunway Law Firm, was selected into the "Dingxin" Legal Talent Pool of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice. Dr Xiaoli Hong is the founder of Shanghai Sunway Law Firm. Her principal practice areas include securities and capital markets, investment and M&A, cross-border transactions, and bankruptcy and restructuring.

Ms. Hong has extensive experience in industrial capital operations and cross-border transactions, advising domestic and international investment institutions, industrial investment funds, sovereign funds, and leading enterprises.

Throughout her practice, Dr. Hong has focused on foreign-related legal services and has led a number of significant cross-border projects, including:

• Cross-Border Capital Transactions: Offshore red-chip structures, Hong Kong-listed company restructurings, and cross-border asset securitization.
